Estuary Care Foundation SA  registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC); effective date of charity registration 01 September 2016. The Foundation is yet to apply for Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status, since the Commonwealth Government is reviewing eligibility to DGR status for charities.
